Out of frustrations in the marriage, Rego usually used to slap her students in the classroom. She was practising teaching with the kids of grade 3 merely.
Almost of the times, kids had no idea for getting slapped by her.
Then how could Rego expect the kids to learn from their mistakes, unless they know of their mistakes....

Kids are absolute fast learners of behaviour in the nurturing environment.
(Lets nurture them clean
So , they spread the same around.)
