Exam time has always been the most hectic time of the year, both for parents and kids.
And for feeling relaxed and not panic to worst, lets keep in mind, some of the following things :
- avoid junk foods, because the brain deviates the blood to stream towards digestion of heavy junk foods.
- drink plenty of water or the forms of juices. Because dehydration causes tiredness and boredom towards study.
- sleep your adequate sleep, please.
And always remember that panicking will worsen the learning ability to even making you forget whole year's preparations for any / every subject.
