Boil 3 potatoes. And boil 2 bowls of finely chopped spinach separately.
When they are boiled properly, peel off the potatoes.
Now mash both the boiled spinach and potatoes together. And keep aside.
Soak 5 bread slices in milk, one by one for not more than 3 seconds. Take them out of soaked milk now.
Mash these soaked slices into our spinach and potatoes' mixture.
Add salt, as per the taste, some chilli flakes, and Black pepper powder and mix well with the spinach, potatoes and bread mix we just made.
Start making small balls of this mix now.
After making the balls, press them inside your palms with both the hands.
Sprinkle some refined flour on all of these pressed balls. Now turn them upside down, and now sprinkle the flour on this side also.
Heat oil in a frying pan, sufficient enough to fry our potato, spinach pressed balls.
Once the oil seems heated, drop the balls, one by one and fry till golden brown.
Take them out and serve with tomato ketchup along with mustard sauce.
Dress up with some spring onions on the top of our golden balls.
The tastiest, crisp balls are ready to be galloped.
