Soul YOGA

To be "MIND"
is to be "SOUL" ...

if this concoction gets definitively justified ...
the all living here , would become the happiest !

'Mind' is the controller, reactor, creator and monitor of our actions.
What we act in accordance with our mind , becomes the reason to feel peace with the soul.
And to train this 'mind' of ours to be at peace , we practice YOGA.
It is the training of 'mind' to make rhythm with the peace we seek.

Our idea of what makes us happy changes from time to time depending upon how we have trained our 'mind' to experience the 'Calm and Happy'.


Training the 'mind' to conquer the action doings, is nothing but YOGA.
